Job description

General Inquiry Application (Accounts & Creator Engagement Teams)
Company Overview: Social Currant is an influencer marketing agency and platform that helps mission-driven organizations and creators collaborate to reach audiences more effectively. Since 2020, we've connected more than 5,000 mission-aligned creators with 100+ nonprofits and impact organizations, paying out over $12 million directly to creators. We bring a remote-first environment, flexible working hours, and an entrepreneurial culture. We're young, purpose-driven, and ready to empower others. Join us!
Job Descriptions: Social Currant is always on the lookout for passionate, skilled people to join our Accounts and Creator Engagement teams, whether you're just starting out or bring years of experience in digital strategy and creator campaigns. Depending on your background and experience, you may be a fit for one of the following types of roles:
  • Internship (Entry-Level) - Accounts, Creator Engagement, Marketing
You're curious, driven, and passionate about making a difference at the intersection of social impact and the creator economy. As an intern, you could be embedded in our Accounts, Creator Engagement, or Marketing teams - supporting campaign strategy and execution, creator sourcing and outreach, or how we communicate the impact of our work to the world. Ideal for current students or recent graduates looking to break into digital strategy, creator partnerships, or social impact communications.
  • Creator Coordinator (Entry-Level) - Accounts
You're an organized self-starter who's excited about the creator economy. In this role, you'll source and manage relationships with values-aligned creators, coordinate content deliverables across the full campaign lifecycle, track campaign metrics, and collaborate closely with strategists to support impactful campaigns. Ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Digital Strategist (Mid-Level) - Accounts
You're a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital campaigns. In this role, you'll lead strategy and client management for select client campaigns, while contributing to strategy and execution on others - developing messaging briefs, managing creator communications, and synthesizing campaign performance. Ideal for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in digital, social media, or the creator space.
  • Senior Digital Strategist (Senior-Level) - Accounts
You're a confident strategist who's ready to own client relationships and mentor others. In this role, you'll lead key client relationships, develop and orchestrate campaign strategies, manage junior team members, oversee campaign budgets, and help shape broader Accounts team strategies. Ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in creator campaigns, social media strategy, or account management.
  • Creator Engagement Team Member (All Roles + Seniority Levels)
You're a strategic relationship-builder with a strong pulse on the creator landscape. On this team, you'll play a key role in outreach to creators and talent managers, cultivate meaningful connections, and work to bring aligned voices into the Social Currant ecosystem. Ideal for candidates with experience in creator relations, talent management, or a related field.

Across All Roles, We Value:
  • A genuine passion for impact-driven work and social justice
  • Deep fluency in the creator economy and social media landscape (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond)
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
  • Experience working on campaigns for (or in-house at) advocacy, nonprofit, or social impact clients a plus
  • Experience with digital ads, paid media, or data analysis a plus
  • Experience in startups or small organizations (under 20 employees) a plus
