We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at the Together For Change Center. This full-time role offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and balance while supporting individuals and families impacted by mental health challenges and cancer diagnoses. The working environment is designed to promote comfort and collaboration. While this position is remote, the Therapist will also engage with a supportive team at our detox center facility. The climate-controlled office setting allows for daily movement and interaction with fellow team members and healthcare professionals, fostering a sense of community and teamwork, even in a remote capacity.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to accurately diagnose and evaluate their mental health status utilizing resources such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate the cultural diversity and special needs of the patient population.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate therapeutic interventions that support mental health diagnoses and enhance patient outcomes.
• Continuously assess and document client progress, tailoring strategies and interventions to fit changing needs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate treatment records and reports using current technology in align with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, multidisciplinary treatment approaches.
• Coordinate referrals and establish connections between patients and treatment providers to streamline care.
• Act as a mentor and educator for interns and volunteers, fostering a learning environment that promotes professional growth.
• Engage in peer review and participate in clinical discussions to enhance team knowledge and quality of care.

This role primarily supports individuals and families dealing with the emotional and psychological impacts of cancer diagnoses. As a therapist, you will provide vital support to help clients navigate their mental health challenges, ensuring that they receive compassionate care tailored to their unique circumstances. Your work directly contributes to improving their coping strategies, emotional resilience, and overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the ability to deliver therapy independently.

• Experience providing mental health counseling in outpatient settings, particularly in oncology or similar fields.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating a diverse client population.
• Skilled in using telehealth technologies and documentation software.

The salary for this Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
