This remote position allows Mental Health Clinicians to operate from their preferred location, promoting flexibility and work-life balance. As part of an outpatient office environment, our therapists are expected to engage actively with peers and participate in regular virtual team meetings and supervision sessions aimed at professional development. • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with families and children, assessing their mental health conditions based on DSM V diagnostic criteria.
• Provide thorough assessments and treatment services to low-acuity adults exhibiting a variety of mental health challenges, ensuring holistic and effective care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including compiling necessary case materials and statistical data for program reporting.
• Fulfill contractual obligations by managing billing and documentation requirements to ensure a predetermined number of reimbursable hours are met.

The position primarily serves a diverse array of clients, including individuals and families seeking support for various mental health concerns. • Completion of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active and valid License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of California.

• Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently while also valuing teamwork.

While the required qualifications ensure a strong applicant pool, we prefer candidates who have successfully navigated the challenges of remote therapy and possess experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client management. Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, is also favorable.
