• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, establishing clear clinical diagnoses and formulating individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic modalities including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailored to meet the diverse needs of each client in a culturally competent manner.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute disturbances, employing de-escalation techniques and a compassionate approach to ensure their immediate safety.'>
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, documenting assessment outcomes, treatment progress, and alterations in clinical strategies as per professional and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in collaborative care with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and health professionals to enhance the overall treatment continuity and quality.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources, advocating for client needs when interfacing with additional support systems.
• Remain up-to-date with advancements in mental health care by participating in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

The primary clientele served by New Pattern Counseling Center includes adults facing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Our approach emphasizes individual strengths and resilience, striving to create enduring change through supportive therapeutic relationships that foster growth and healing.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic competencies with a minimum of two years of relevant therapeutic experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and navigating sensitive discussions with professionalism and empathy.
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a remote team setting, demonstrating accountability and proactive engagement.
• Commitment to uphold the highest ethical standards and continuously strive for professional excellence in mental health practice.

• Experience in a clinical setting is advantageous, although newly licensed therapists with relevant internships may also be considered.

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
