Moonlight Mental Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This position is crucial for providing high-quality support and intervention for patients in our detox center. This position is remote, providing you with the flexibility to deliver care from the comfort of your home, while still engaging with a dynamic team of professionals. Our detox center setting emphasizes a collaborative approach to client care, allowing for regular virtual meetings and consultations with multidisciplinary teams, families, and other service providers.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients referred to our detox center, analyzing their mental health and substance use patterns to form effective treatment plans.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that all treatments align with best practices and specific client needs.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and case managers, to monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.
• Provide psychoeducation and emotional support to families, equipping them with tools and resources to facilitate their loved ones' recovery and well-being.
• Maintain adherence to Federal and State regulations regarding early intervention and detox services, ensuring compliance and the safety of all clients.
• Foster relationships with clients and their families, creating an engaging and supportive environment conducive to healing and learning.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Principles to design and implement individualized treatment strategies.
• Champion the coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to promote ongoing family involvement and support in the treatment process.

The primary focus of this role is to serve individuals dealing with substance use challenges and mental health issues, particularly those in a detoxification phase. Your engagement will significantly contribute to their recovery trajectory, addressing both immediate needs and long-term mental health stability. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, making cultural competency and empathy key components of your practice.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• At least one year of experience providing early intervention services or working with individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges.
• Strong commitment to utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices in your interactions.
• Bilingual capabilities will be considered a significant advantage.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on building strong team dynamics.

While a minimum of one year of relevant experience is required, we highly value applicants who possess extensive experience in early intervention, particularly in contexts related to addiction and mental health. Familiarity with digital tools for client management and teletherapy platforms would also be beneficial for conducting remote sessions effectively.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
