Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our innovative mental health team, providing essential outpatient therapy within a school setting. This full-time remote role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and families affected by mental health challenges, including those connected to a cancer diagnosis. The ideal candidate will engage in evidence-based practices, helping patients achieve positive mental health outcomes with a salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually.

About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we are driven by a bold vision to redefine healthcare delivery. Our mission is to provide exceptional care while empowering our community to achieve better health outcomes. We believe in proactive partnerships in health and dedicate ourselves to enhancing the lives of individuals and families through effective and compassionate care. We foster a culture of inclusion and share values such as compassion, leadership, excellence, innovation, and agility to drive our mission forward.

Work Environment

This role is designed to integrate seamlessly into the school environment, creating a climate-controlled office setting that promotes daily movement and collaboration with colleagues. You will work closely with educators, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to create a holistic approach to mental health care for students and their families. Regular interaction with department members allows for a dynamic workplace that prioritizes teamwork and cooperative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patientsโ€™ mental health status and identify challenges, using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that account for culturally diverse backgrounds and special needs within the patient population.

  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies and providing interventions to effectively support their mental health journey.

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols.

  • Facilitate collaboration among patients, families, and other healthcare providers to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

  • Provide education and mentorship to students and interns seeking to learn about mental health practices.

  • Participate in peer reviews and clinical discussions under supervision, contributing to team development and collective knowledge sharing.

  • Coordinate referrals and maintain productive relationships with other treatment providers and referral agencies to enrich the support network for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on assisting individuals and families impacted by mental health issues, particularly those navigating the complexities of a cancer diagnosis. The LCSW will work with a diverse patient pool, addressing various psychological needs while fostering a supportive therapeutic environment that enhances emotional resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

  • A current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory for practice.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a background in school-based social work or working with cancer patients will be preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities will be highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

You will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that promotes both health and well-being. Benefits include health insurance options, retirement savings plans, generous paid time off, and a sign-on bonus designed to welcome you to our progressive team.
