Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status and identify challenges, using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans that account for culturally diverse backgrounds and special needs within the patient population.

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies and providing interventions to effectively support their mental health journey.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols.

• Facilitate collaboration among patients, families, and other healthcare providers to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide education and mentorship to students and interns seeking to learn about mental health practices.

• Participate in peer reviews and clinical discussions under supervision, contributing to team development and collective knowledge sharing.

• Coordinate referrals and maintain productive relationships with other treatment providers and referral agencies to enrich the support network for each patient.

Qualifications
