• Provide regular supervision and guidance to practicum students and interns pursuing clinical licensure, delivering feedback and fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, integrating a multidisciplinary approach to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, assessing therapeutic progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in client interactions.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on current research, best practices, and advances in therapeutic methodologies.

Our client base encompasses a diverse spectrum of individuals, couples, and families facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist Supervisor, you will address a wide range of mental health needs with empathy, cultural competence, and a commitment to personalized care. Your role will be vital in not only supporting current clients but also mentoring students to become adept at navigating complex client scenarios effectively.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Professional liability insurance to protect your practice and clients.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques.

Experience in supervising or mentoring interns or junior therapists is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic practices will be valuable due to the remote nature of this position.
