How You Will Make an Impact:

The AI Business Partner acts as the front door between business units and the AI builders/developers, helping shape AI use cases, requirements, and success criteria before anything is built.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery with business stakeholders to clarify problem statements, users, workflows, constraints, and desired outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into actionable requirements (success metrics, data needs, integration points, acceptance criteria) and support prioritization.
  • Partner with AI Developers to shape solution approach, manage tradeoffs (scope, risk, cost), and ensure readiness for build and release.
  • Drive adoption and change management (communications, enablement, stakeholder feedback loops) to maximize realized value.
  • Measure and report impact and track ROI from pilot through scale.
  • Ensure responsible and compliant AI usage by reinforcing approved tools, data handling, and governance guardrails; coordinate privacy/security reviews and escalate risks and exceptions as needed.
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (in disciplines relevant to business process improvement or technology adoption) or equivalent practical experience/training.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills; Initiative to ask clarifying questions and manage ambiguity
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
  • Willingness to work and travel to assigned business locations / sites, as needed.
  • Ability to work in a cross‑functional environment while embedded with a business unit and reporting through Technology.

How You Will Stand Out

  • Experience (internship, project, or coursework) with process mapping, continuous improvement, operations analytics, or change management.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., copilots/assistants) and an interest in responsible, compliant usage aligned to guardrails.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams and SharePoint)
  • Completion of relevant AI-focused certifications and/or accredited boot camps.
  • Demonstrated experience through relevant personal projects with publicly shareable artifacts (e.g., GitHub repositories, demos, technical write-ups, or case studies).
