• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed interventions.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client, clearly defining goals and interventions.
• Engage collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, enhancing clients' recovery experiences.
• Perform risk assessments and develop safety plans for clients as required, especially in crisis situations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold ethical and legal standards of practice.

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals within a Detox Center setting, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
