• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• Organizational and time-management skills to balance client caseloads, documentation, and administrative duties responsibly.

• Experience in providing remote therapy or counseling services is highly desirable.

• Attractive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
