• Conduct thorough client evaluations and develop tailored therapy strategies based on each individual's unique needs and circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to create comprehensive care plans that address the holistic needs of our clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to both legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and availability of caseloads. In addition to competitive compensation, benefits include:
