• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Deliver high-quality clinical services, including individual and group therapy sessions, in line with best practice guidelines and ethical standards.
• Document treatment progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure effective care outcomes, maintaining compliance with clinical and administrative policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the practice, participating in regular consultations to refine therapeutic approaches and improve client services.
• Engage in multidisciplinary groups and committees to contribute insights for improving clinical practices and updating programs.
• Actively participate in practice initiatives to achieve departmental goals, key performance indicators, and metrics.
• Promote a culture of positive values and ethics, adhering to the organization's standards and compliance plans in daily practice.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be expected to provide empathetic support to clients from all walks of life, adjusting your therapeutic approach to fit their unique circumstances and goals. Your focus will be on empowering clients to overcome obstacles and maximize their potential.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• Experience or training alongside an internship of 1-2 years in a clinical setting.
• Ability to successfully navigate the demands of remote counseling, including proficiency in teletherapy tools and technologies.
• Willingness to lift and transport up to 25 pounds occasionally and possess adequate vision for close-up work.

• Demonstrated experience with treatment modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), certified health psychology practices, or chronic pain management.
• Involvement in interdisciplinary teams or community mental health programs.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills, essential for maintaining compliance and continuity of care.

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 104,000 annually, complemented by a competitive bonus structure.
