We're seeking a Systems Analyst to support and enhance a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform within a Legal Operations organization. In this highly collaborative role, you'll serve as a key liaison between Legal, Operations, and Technology teams, helping optimize system performance, improve business processes, develop reports and analytics, and support ongoing CLM enhancements.

What You'll Do:
  • Support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
  • Partner with Legal Operations, attorneys, and legal staff to improve contract-related processes and workflows.
  • Create reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics to support operational and business objectives.
  • Support contract analysis activities and reporting initiatives, including cycle time and process performance metrics.
  • Gather business requirements and assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and system troubleshooting.
  • Participate in implementation, configuration, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, user support materials, and process workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify best practices and optimize system utilization.

What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, enterprise business systems, legal technology, or business applications.
  • 2+ years of experience administering, configuring, supporting, or enhancing CLM, ERP, CRM, or workflow management systems.
  • 2+ years of experience developing reports, dashboards, analytics, or business intelligence solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience gathering business requirements, supporting software implementations, or driving process improvement initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • 2+ years of experience working with databases, reporting tools, SQL, or data analysis solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.

What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience with Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and CLM configuration/development.
  • Experience supporting Legal Operations, corporate legal departments, or law firm environments.
  • Experience developing solutions using Microsoft C#, .NET, SQL, or related Microsoft technologies.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, dashboards, analytics, and reporting frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), implementation methodologies, and process optimization.
  • Experience supporting contract workflows, legal processes, and compliance-related systems.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
