• Provide individualized, evidence-based counseling through live video sessions, addressing the unique needs of adult clients.

Our counseling services are tailored to adult clients, many of whom may be navigating the complexities of anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health disorders. As a counselor, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients build self-awareness and resilience through comprehensive treatment plans and targeted therapeutic techniques.

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a relevant mental health field.
• Possess an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Please note that we are unable to accept candidates who are interns or hold limited permits requiring supervision to provide therapy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and documentation.
• No disciplinary actions on your license, demonstrating a commitment to ethical practice.

While not mandatory, prior experience in a remote counseling setting, familiarity with teletherapy modalities, and background in trauma-informed care can enhance your ability to make a significant impact. Additionally, familiarity with various therapeutic modalities would be beneficial to adapt to diverse client needs.

The salary for this full-time mental health counselor position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Counselors working full-time will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring accessible health coverage.
