This role supports 100% outpatient work within our dynamic group practice setting. The position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively from the comfort of your home or preferred workspace. Our outpatient office in Kent serves diverse populations, emphasizing the accessibility and integration of mental health services into everyday living. • Provide weekly supervisions to practicum students seeking clinical licensure or those enrolled in Master’s programs, focusing on their professional development and enhancing their therapeutic skills.
• Deliver psychotherapy services, including individual and group sessions, to clients spanning various demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, enhancing the holistic approach to client care.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practices and current research.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest therapeutic methodologies, ensuring the application of evidence-based practices in your work.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Professional liability insurance to safeguard your practice and promote client trust.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating your ability to deliver high-quality care.

• Experience providing supervision or training to interns or practicum students is highly desirable, showcasing your commitment to teaching and mentoring.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems to manage client documentation efficiently.

The compensation package for this position is competitive, with a salary range of $52,000 to $100,000 per year, reflecting above-market compensation for both full-time and part-time roles.
