This full-time remote position allows you to work alongside seasoned clinicians in an outpatient care setting in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This position will be primarily remote with the option of occasional visits to our outpatient office in Rancho Cucamonga. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client intakes to assess mental health needs and establish rapport, laying the groundwork for effective treatment.

  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to engage clients, such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques.
  • Regularly track client progress and maintain up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring the highest standards of care and legal compliance.
  • Participate in weekly clinical supervision meetings, enhancing your skills through constructive feedback and peer collaboration.
  • Work seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team and external resources, such as schools and community organizations, to provide holistic support for clients.
  • Adhere to professional ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Associate Level Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily support clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. Our patient population is diverse, and you will have the opportunity to work with individuals from various backgrounds, which enriches your clinical experience and understanding.

Qualifications
  • A valid Associate registration (AMFT, ASW, or APCC) in the state of California.
  • A bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with the team.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of one year of experience working in mental health settings, including internships or practicums.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
