• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups in crisis and non-crisis situations, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate training programs and workshops for interns and university students, ensuring they meet the agency's compliance, and educational standards.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records for all clients in the AWARDS electronic health record system, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with federal, state, and agency-specific regulations.
• Evaluate intern performance, participate in the onboarding process, and support interns in their professional development to enhance programmatic outcomes.
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders, including school site contacts and clinical supervisors, to monitor intern assignments and manage caseloads effectively.
• Attend regular program and agency meetings to stay current on policies and training relevant to your role.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to interns, helping them navigate complex cases and improve their therapeutic skills.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of clinical programs through quality assurance and improvement (QA/QI) initiatives.
• Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for interns, fostering a supportive educational environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
