Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with stakeholders, including school site contacts and clinical supervisors, to monitor intern assignments and manage caseloads effectively.
  • Attend regular program and agency meetings to stay current on policies and training relevant to your role.
  • Provide clinical supervision and consultation to interns, helping them navigate complex cases and improve their therapeutic skills.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of clinical programs through quality assurance and improvement (QA/QI) initiatives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for interns, fostering a supportive educational environment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
