This role is structured to provide maximum flexibility, allowing you to work remotely in a climate-controlled setting while still engaging actively in team collaboration. As a part of our community health clinic, you will interact frequently with healthcare providers and colleagues to ensure comprehensive care for our patients. Daily responsibilities may include video consultations, case reviews, and real-time collaboration on treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health, employing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform diagnoses and care plans.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients and their families, adapting strategies based on their unique needs and goals.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to promote symptom reduction and ensure safety; using therapeutic modalities appropriate for each case.
• Coordinate referrals and resources, acting as a vital link between patients and external treatment providers to facilitate seamless care transitions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of treatment records and reports, adhering to state regulations and departmental protocols.
• Engage in mentoring students and interns, offering guidance that enhances their professional development and aligns with best practices in social work.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors for peer reviews and participate in ongoing training to refine clinical skills and enhance team performance.

As an LCSW at Array Wellness Center, you will primarily work with individuals and families grappling with the emotional and psychological impacts of cancer diagnoses. Our patient population is diverse, and you will be expected to deliver culturally competent care while focusing on their unique experiences and challenges.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in mental health treatment modalities and an understanding of the healthcare system.

• Previous experience working with oncology patients or in a similar healthcare environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and remote patient engagement strategies is a plus.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to manage clinical documentation effectively.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience. We also provide a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
