• Conduct thorough assessments, make informed diagnoses when necessary, and evaluate patients’ mental health status using various clinical tools, including the DSM-5, to craft personalized care plans that account for cultural diversity and specific patient needs.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and implement interventions and strategies tailored to support their mental health diagnosis. This includes adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatment records and clinical information, leveraging current technologies to meet regulatory requirements and adhere to department procedures.
• Work alongside patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans that clarify objectives and gauge progress, all while ensuring alignment with the patients’ values and goals.
• Coordinate referral resources, serving as a crucial link between patients and a variety of treatment providers while establishing effective working relationships with other clinicians and referral agencies.
• Provide mentorship and educational support to students, interns, and other team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with your clinical supervisor on initiatives such as peer reviews, chart audits, and professional coaching, enhancing both team effectiveness and individual clinician skills.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current State License as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.

• Experience working with oncology patients or within a detox center, particularly with mental health diagnoses.
• Proven ability to utilize evidence-based practices effectively to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Strong communication skills suited for a remote work environment, including familiarity with telehealth technologies or platforms.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, reflecting your expertise and experience in the field.
