• Conduct comprehensive assessments, accurately diagnosing mental health conditions using recognized tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to inform an individualized treatment plan.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, implementing tailored interventions and strategies that align with their ongoing mental health needs.
• Maintain meticulous and timely treatment records, reports, and necessary clinical documentation, leveraging current technology to uphold the highest regulatory standards.
• Engage collaboratively with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans focused on mutual goals and anticipated outcomes, ensuring cultural competence and sensitivity.
• Foster a safe environment by anticipating potential crises and employing proactive measures aimed at optimal symptom management and patient well-being.
• Facilitate seamless connections between patients and external treatment providers, enhancing continuity of care through strong referral networks.

This position will focus primarily on individuals and families navigating the complex emotional and psychological challenges associated with cancer diagnoses. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Experience in oncology settings or working with cancer patients is highly preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to mental health concerns.
• Prior experience collaborating within interdisciplinary teams is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
