This position is based in a climate-controlled remote setting that fosters an engaging atmosphere for both staff and patients. You'll have daily interaction with department team members and other healthcare providers, collaborating to create an integrated treatment experience for our patients. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental and emotional health, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to diagnose and develop personalized care plans.
• Continuously evaluate and document each patient’s progress, deploying interventions and evidence-based strategies to support their mental health needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements, utilizing current electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans aimed at achieving defined therapeutic outcomes.
• Coordinate referrals and act as a liaison between patients and additional treatment resources, ensuring seamless access to necessary services.
• Provide mentorship and training opportunities for students, interns, and volunteers to promote professional development within the field.
• In collaboration with your clinical supervisor, engage in peer reviews and team meetings to enhance collective clinical knowledge and practice.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

Experience working in community health settings, particularly with patients facing chronic illnesses such as cancer, is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams will enhance your candidacy.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
