This role is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients across Massachusetts. You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team committed to mental health excellence. • Develop individualized assessment and treatment plans for clients, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
• Regularly document client interactions and progress while adhering to all regulatory requirements and internal policies in a timely manner.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs and adjust treatment plans collaboratively with the clinical team.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support strategies tailored to each client's circumstances.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Our diverse client population includes individuals seeking help for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. You will work with children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring therapeutic techniques to accommodate their unique experiences and cultural contexts. Your role will be crucial in helping them navigate their challenges and celebrate their successes.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health care setting is required.
• Applicants must be eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing is essential for potential client outreach.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and maintain rapport with clients.
• Strong active listening capabilities, allowing you to empathize with clients while providing effective guidance.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are critical for managing client records and compliance documentation.

• Experience in telehealth counseling is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and current mental health treatment modalities is preferred.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations and understanding various cultural backgrounds.
