Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client, including the creation of pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.
  • Provide consultations as needed to refine behavioral guidelines and medication management plans while ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools identified by the clinical team to monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Completion of a full-time clinical internship within a mental health setting is required.
  • Eligibility for licensure in the state of Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
  • A valid driverโ€™s license in good standing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to establish rapport and demonstrate empathy in clinical interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance and effective client documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable.
