As a remote telehealth professional, you will engage with clients via digital platforms, enhancing accessibility and convenience for those we serve. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client, including the creation of pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.
• Provide consultations as needed to refine behavioral guidelines and medication management plans while ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools identified by the clinical team to monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to implement effective positive behavior support plans that encourage healthy coping strategies and behavioral change.
• Actively engage in the organization’s licensing and accreditation activities, contributing to maintaining high standards of practice.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Our goal is to meet clients where they are, providing both immediate support and long-term strategies for wellness and recovery. Through telehealth, you will build rapport and trust, offering empathetic guidance to empower clients on their mental health journey.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Completion of a full-time clinical internship within a mental health setting is required.
• Eligibility for licensure in the state of Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• A valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to establish rapport and demonstrate empathy in clinical interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance and effective client documentation.

• Prior experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Experience working with clients from various socio-economic backgrounds and cultural contexts.
