What are some common challenges faced by remote HCC coders during internships, and how can they be overcome?

As a remote HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) coder intern, one of the main challenges is adapting to virtual communication and ensuring accurate interpretation of medical documentation without on-site support. Staying organized and proactively seeking clarification from supervisors and team members is key.
