Reporting to the Director, Global & U.S. Programs, the Program Director exercises independent judgment across programmatic, operational, and partner-facing decisions, with responsibility for portfolio-level performance, risk management, and funder stewardship. • Serve as a deputy to the Director, Global & U.S. Programs including providing acting leadership coverage during periods of leave or transition, to ensure continuity and follow-through.

External Representation & Funder Stewardship
  • Serve as a credible institutional representative for IYF with funders, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Lead funder stewardship efforts, building and maintaining high-trust relationships that support renewal and organizational reputation.
  • Anticipate and mitigate reputational or renewal risk through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Institutional Contribution

Requirements
