Job description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer with strong NextJS and .NET/ASP.NET experience to develop and maintain the modern, high-performance web applications that power our direct-to-consumer customer acquisition and self-service experiences. This is a fully remote position.
You will be responsible for developing responsive front-end experiences in React and Next.js, building secure and scalable back-end services and APIs in .NET/ASP.NET Core, and collaborating across teams to deliver reliable, well-tested features that improve the digital journey for prospects and customers.
  • As a Senior Full Stack Software Developer you will play a key role in architecting and delivering end-to-end web solutions across the full technology stack, from intuitive Next.js front ends to robust ASP.NET Core back-end services and APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business and customer needs into clean, maintainable, and performant code.
  • The ideal candidate is a versatile engineer who is equally comfortable crafting modern React/Next.js user interfaces and building secure, scalable .NET back-end services, and who brings strong software design fundamentals, cloud experience, and a passion for high-quality, well-tested code.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Plan, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications using Next.js/React on the front end and .NET/ASP.NET Core (C#) on the back end.
  • Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces that deliver an exceptional digital experience across devices.
  • Develop, document, and maintain secure RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and microservices.
  • Design and optimize relational and/or NoSQL data models and queries (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB).
  • Implement server-side rendering, static generation, and caching strategies in Next.js to maximize performance and SEO.
  • Integrate front-end applications with back-end services, third-party APIs, and content management systems.
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, supported by unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Participate in architecture and design discussions, contributing to technical decisions and standards.
  • Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (Azure preferred) using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into polished, pixel-accurate interfaces.
  • Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps to plan, estimate, and deliver features in an Agile environment.
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews to uphold code quality, security, and performance standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues, identifying root causes and implementing durable fixes.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across the stack.
  • Mentor junior developers and share best practices in modern full stack development.
  • Stay current with emerging front-end, back-end, and cloud technologies and recommend improvements.

  • 5+ years of professional full stack software development experience building and shipping production web applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong front-end expertise with React and Next.js, including modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Strong back-end expertise with .NET/ASP.NET Core, including RESTful API design and development.
  • Solid experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB) and ORMs such as Entity Framework.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  • Proficiency with version control (Git) and modern software engineering practices, including automated testing.
  • Understanding of web security, authentication and authorization (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect), and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
Nice to have:
  • Microsoft Azure certification (e.g., Azure Developer Associate).
  • Experience with headless CMS platforms, preferably Sitecore (XM Cloud) or similar.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures, GraphQL, or serverless functions.
Core Competencies
  • Committed: Values each customer, while working hard to keep their business and support our communities.
  • Helpful: Delivers support in the ways that are most useful to our customers and addresses their needs with expertise, respect, and empathy.
  • Proactive: Understand what our customers need and actively works to make their relationship with use seamless, easy, and rewarding.
