The Harold Psychiatric Center is seeking a passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team. This role is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to connect with clients and supervise students from the comfort of your own home. • Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students from accredited programs, guiding their progress towards clinical licensure.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement personalized treatment strategies that reflect each client’s goals.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and supervision sessions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay informed and engaged with current research, therapy modalities, and advancements in mental health care to continually enhance service delivery.

Our client population is diverse, encompassing a wide range of mental health challenges and life experiences. As a therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages, couples navigating relational issues, and families facing various stressors, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. This variety allows you to apply your therapeutic skills across multiple contexts and develop holistic treatment approaches.

• A valid Washington state license as a licensed mental health professional, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A Master’s Degree in a related field, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Professional liability insurance to ensure the highest standards of care and client protection.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience providing direct mental health care services.
• Experience in supervising graduate practicum students or interns is highly desirable.
• A deep understanding of current therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent on your experience and hours worked. In addition to an attractive compensation package, you will receive:
