Work Environment

Our outpatient office model means you will provide services directly to clients, conducting sessions via secure telehealth platforms that comply with HIPAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, goals, and preferences, utilizing evidence-based tools and techniques.
• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions for clients dealing with diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, helping clients navigate relationship dynamics, communication barriers, and resolution of interpersonal conflicts.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate client feedback, outlining objectives and specific interventions to track their progress effectively.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health episodes, ensuring they receive necessary resources and referrals.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, emphasizing coping strategies and community resources that can assist them outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date and secure client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards regarding confidentiality and informed consent.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing counseling practice, ensuring the wellbeing and rights of clients are prioritized at all times.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create a trusting and empathetic therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
