This position is fully remote, operating within a telehealth setting. You will conduct therapy sessions using secure digital platforms, allowing you to connect with clients throughout the state and beyond. • Facilitate group therapy sessions, demonstrating strong group facilitation skills and applying knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis and treatment methodologies.
• Provide one-on-one counseling to clients, conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to encourage client engagement and progress toward recovery goals.
• Utilize a vast array of therapeutic modalities, including the 12-step recovery process, to meet clients' unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and secure electronic medical records, ensuring clinical documentation meets standards for quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with support staff and other healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in behavioral health.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including adults facing challenges related to trauma, substance dependence, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health issues. By understanding their unique experiences and backgrounds, you can offer personalized and empathetic care that empowers clients in their recovery journeys. Your efforts will not only help clients navigate their immediate challenges but also equip them with skills for long-term wellness.

• A Master's degree or higher in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An independent license to practice in your state (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively, ensuring timely and quality client care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and proficiency in using email for professional communication.
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals struggling with mental health challenges.

• Experience in a telehealth or virtual therapy setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of and experience working with the 12-step recovery process are advantageous.
• Prior experience handling a large caseload and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
