Our ideal candidate will have the following expertise:

Facilitates the development of new software solutions and transition of existing solutions from monolithic structures to micro-service structure operating within hardened containers. Works with application development teams to refactor or create solutions that leverage the DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline and tools. Instructs/guides teams through their solution development. Deploys and sustain microservices factory utilizing COTS and open-source solutions.

Minimum Experience:

  • Five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
  • Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
  • Developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models, experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
  • Experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform based development.

Required Skills:

  • Certification: Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
  • Investigative Requirement: At time of proposal the contractor must possess a Moderate Risk (Confidential, Non- Critical Sensitive, IT II) with a Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation.
  • 8570/8140: DoW Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I
  • Computing Environment: AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate or Certified MuleSoft Associate Certification within 3 months after onboarding start date.

Remote Work Environment:

This position is performed in a 100% remote, collaborative environment supporting government development activities. The employee will work closely with Task Order Project Manager, Requirements Analysts, Scrum Master, Developers, Testers, and Government stakeholders through virtual meetings and Agile ceremonies. Employees must maintain a secure remote workspace, use government-approved systems and security controls, and comply with all cybersecurity and data protection requirements, including Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Regular availability during standard business hours is required to support team collaboration, customer meetings, and project deliverables.
