• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, establishing a comprehensive understanding of their challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and preferences while utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices.
• Continuously track client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring all aspects of a client's mental health are addressed.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually refine therapeutic strategies.
• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to both legal and ethical standards while respecting client confidentiality.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
