• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for new clients to understand their mental health challenges and formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that reflect the client's goals and address their specific mental health needs.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques suited to varying client needs.
• Collaborate with other professionals in the treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to ensure clients receive integrated care that promotes their well-being.
• Assist families in understanding mental health issues and treatment processes, providing them with the necessary support to participate actively in the recovery journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

As a therapist at Vitality Family Care, you will work with a diverse clientele that reflects the rich cultural fabric of Orlando, Florida. Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Understanding their unique backgrounds and needs will be essential in crafting effective treatment approaches.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent relevant education.
• At least two years of experience in mental health counseling, showcasing your ability to effectively engage with clients and address their complex mental health needs.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of evidence-based practices for treating various mental health disorders.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven capacity to build rapport with clients and motivate them throughout their recovery.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to facilitate productive collaboration with other treatment team members.

• Prior experience working in a community health clinic setting is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with integrating teletherapy into therapeutic practice is a plus, given the remote work environment.

• This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
