• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop robust treatment plans for clients, incorporating elements such as crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
• Complete regulatory documentation and client records in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all necessary standards and guidelines.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools to facilitate accurate evaluations, collaborating with clinical teams to adapt approaches based on individual assessments.
• Engage in team-based efforts to design and enact positive behavior support plans, enhancing client engagement and success.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the agency's integrity and quality assurance.
• Act as a liaison within various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to promote effective service delivery and collaborative care.
• Establish and uphold open communication channels, meeting contract standards while promoting our mission within the community.
• Build and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to expand program outreach and secure additional funding opportunities.
• Pursue ongoing professional and personal development through attendance at relevant conferences, workshops, and committee meetings.
• Promote the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all aspects of service delivery.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to further enrich the client experience and organizational goals.

The clients you will serve are diverse and may include individuals coping with emotional distress, those recovering from substance use, or clients with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Our approach is client-centered, striving to empower each individual through tailored therapeutic interventions that support their unique journeys toward recovery and wellness.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.
• An active, independent LMHC license is required to practice.

• Experience in community mental health settings or similar environments.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapy techniques aligned with various mental health issues.
• Engagement in collaborative work settings and multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous experience in crisis planning and intervention.
