This position operates within a climate-controlled remote setup that balances comfort and productivity. While most work is done remotely, interaction with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers is essential. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Regularly monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments and establish effective intervention strategies tailored to support the mental health diagnoses identified.

• Document all treatment records, reports, and clinical information promptly and accurately, utilizing current technologies and adhering to regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to construct comprehensive treatment plans that reflect individual needs, desired outcomes, and cultural factors.

• Foster a supportive team environment where effective communication and responsibility are shared, contributing to the overall achievement of the team's goals.

• Coordinate referrals and communication between patients and multiple service providers, ensuring seamless transitions in care and continuity of services.

• Engage in teaching and mentoring opportunities for students and interns, enhancing the development of upcoming professionals in the field.

• Support clinical collaboration efforts by participating in peer reviews, chart audits, and development activities as directed by your clinical supervisor.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a strong understanding of patient-centered care principles are highly desirable.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
