• Provide direct clinical services to clients, assessing their individual needs and developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions.
• Establish a therapeutic rapport with clients to foster trust and encourage open communication about their challenges and goals.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand client backgrounds and current situations, utilizing tools that are appropriate and inclusive of diverse client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and community resources, to create and implement integrated care plans that align with the needs of clients.
• Monitor client progress and engagement, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain proper documentation of services provided, including timely completion of reports and data submissions, to support organizational goals and compliance.
• Participate in crisis intervention and manage acute situations that arise, demonstrating skillful de-escalation techniques.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff or interns to ensure continuity of care and adherence to the ethical standards of our practice.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss client status, share insights, and develop strategies for improved service delivery.
• Provide on-call coverage as needed to ensure accessible support for clients outside standard operating hours.

As an LCSW at Del Puerto Behavioral Health, you will primarily work with adults grappling with substance use disorders and severe emotional disturbances. • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program and a current, valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and previous experience working with vulnerable populations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to relate to diverse clients and colleagues in a compassionate and effective manner.
• Proficient in using telehealth systems and electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and client management.

• Experience working within a detox or inpatient mental health facility.
• Familiarity with community resources and support services available for clients with substance use disorders.
• Involvement in program development or quality improvement initiatives within a healthcare setting.

Del Puerto Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
