Job description

Role: ServiceNow Architect/Tech Lead

Location: Remote for Non-local within DMV (but 4 days on-site for candidates local to Reston, VA)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:

This role involves being a ServiceNow expert guiding clients through the most complex and demanding ServiceNow implementations and providing advice on best practices (ServiceNow and IBM). This individual will need to be ambitious work independently and also mentor and lead the developer(s) & business process consultant(s). The ability to handle change ambiguity and good time management will be critical in this role.
Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed:

  • Understand customer critical business issues requirements and outcomes
  • Draft solutions (Design/Build/Manage) defining scope timelines assumptions and dependencies
  • Incorporate IBM best practices & accelerators to complement ServiceNow module & capabilities

Required Skills:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a ServiceNow system implementation specialist or similar role
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions
  • Experience in implementing within FEDRAMP environment and government security requirements
  • SSO integration experience with Okta
  • Experience implementing configuring and customizing ServiceNow per client requirements
