Job Summary
As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities include assessing organizations' performance and helping them improve their processes and systems. Business analysts conduct research and analysis to devise solutions to business problems and help introduce these solutions to businesses and their clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prior experience working in Medical Billing, Practice Management, EMR, and Patient Portal products/applications is required.
  • Responsible for gathering requirements, performing technical analysis, and developing product/project documentation.
  • Work closely with developers during the development phase to clarify requirements.
  • Work with product/project managers and external customers to analyze business opportunities and develop solutions that enable users to satisfy business objectives.
Mandatory Skills
  • Work on technical analysis and troubleshooting for existing products and support client requests for defects and enhancements.
  • Work with QA to create test plans and regression test suites.
  • Identify changes to processes or systems to increase the client's value.
  • Give demos to stakeholders on newly developed features and maintain backlog.
