Job Summary
Join NetApp's Demand Marketing team and help drive data-driven campaigns that enable enterprise customers to modernize their data infrastructure for AI and cloud workloads. In this role, you'll blend marketing strategy, analytics, and technology to influence pipeline growth, optimize campaign performance, and support NetApp's go-to-market initiatives.
What You'll Do
  • Research and develop audience profiles to better understand buyer needs, priorities, and engagement patterns across enterprise IT and data leadership audiences.
  • Analyze marketing content and campaign performance to identify opportunities that improve audience engagement and pipeline generation.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sales teams to develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 88,400 - 132,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings' (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
