Job description

Job Description Overview This position creates, drafts and develops designs of HVAC, and plumbing design documents within company standards for projects assigned by the management team. Applies principles and techniques of mechanical engineering to accomplish goals. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.

Responsibilities Provide designs of HVAC and/or Plumbing systems per proposal and to meet owner/client requirements. Assist in the review process of engineers, designers, and interns work product. Provide site visits for regional projects including review of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing/fire protection.

This includes documenting current conditions distributing information to the design team. Education Bachelors Degree - Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Certifications/Licenses P.E. License is a plus

NCEES Record Set up Must-Have Skills 8+ years of experience for a Senior Level/Management position. Experience working in our direct fields for other MEP companies is a large benefit Nice to have these projects. (Multi-Family Housing, Senior Living, Hotel and Mixed Use) Complete competence in AutoCad & Revit.
