Job Description
CTL Aerospace is a full service NADCAP certified composite-manufacturing company providing services to the major aerospace and governmental organizations since 1946. CTL specializes in the manufacturing of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures.
Client relationships are our top priority. We're looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky). The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service, that allows us to build meaningful, long-lasting relationships that move our business forward.
Job Requirements
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Stay on top of accounts.
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
  • Identifies market trends, research industry and related events, publications, and announcements, for prospective business opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in networking opportunities; reading professional publications and participating in professional organizations.

Job Qualifications
  • HS Diploma.
  • College degree preferred
  • Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Engineering or technical experience a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Negotiation and closing skills
  • High energy level of initiative, energy, and a positive attitude
  • Able to work in an office and manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time
