COMPETENCIES: Assists in the identification of business requirements and in devising system and programming alternatives and specifications. Familiar with SDLC methodologies; Studies and analyzes existing office procedures as assigned

Prepares systems flow charts and logic diagrams to describe existing and proposed operations. Codes, debugs, and documents programs. Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
