Description

Program Details:

  • This is a paid internship opportunity
  • Schedule:
    • Up to 16 hours per week on-site during academic sessions (flexible
      scheduling to accommodate classes)
    • Up to 40 hours per week during summer and holiday breaks

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support technical and/or programmatic tasks under the supervision of SAIC sta??
  • Assist with data analysis, documentation, research, and process improvement
    initiatives
  • Participate in team meetings, project briefings, and status updates
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop practical solutions to real world
    problems
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and deliverables for internal
    and external stakeholders

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in a technical
    field.
  • High School and three (3) or more years of college coursework in a technical field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O??ice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Required Clearance:

  • US Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain a secret or top secret clearance depending on the work performed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior internship, project, or research experience in a related field
