In this role, you will work alongside senior software engineers, database admins, SharePoint SMEs, and cross-functional project teams supporting high-visibility Federal customers
This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career developer or recent graduate with hands-on foundational experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365) who is eager to learn, build, and modernize enterprise low-code applications in a collaborative public sector environment.

Legacy Modernization: Support the team in migrating and re-engineering legacy forms and workflows (e.g., InfoPath, SharePoint Designer) into modern Power Platform solutions.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, bug fixing, and basic security/vulnerability remediation on developed components before deployment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in Agile stand-ups, document user guides, and communicate progress and proposed designs to team leads, senior developers, and functional stakeholders.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000

  • Foundational understanding of relational database concepts (Dataverse, SQL, or SharePoint Lists as data sources).
  • Basic understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, detail orientation, and a desire to learn new technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem.
