About the Customer Experience Internship Role

The Branch Performance Intern is a dynamic, field-based leadership role responsible for supporting and strengthening performance across multiple branch locations. This position partners closely with branch leadership to reinforce professional standards, operational consistency and customer experience excellence.
This role is not desk-based and requires frequent travel, visiting approximately five (5) branches per week, with follow-up visits conducted to ensure completion of action items and sustained performance improvements. The Branch Performance Manager serves as a coach, resource, and accountability partner to branch teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular on-site branch visits and follow-up visits to ensure execution of action items.
• Monitor and evaluate branch performance related to customer engagement.
• Evaluate branch appearance, cleanliness, marketing materials, and professional dress standards.
• Document observations, action plans, and outcomes for leadership review.
• Collaborate with branch leadership and internal partners to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A genuine interest in the financial services industry.

Travel

  • High travel requirement (75%) across the assigned branch network.
