The Summer Experience Internship Program 2027 is a high-impact, immersive journey designed for students who want more than just an internship - they want to build, innovate, and make a real difference. Over 10-12 weeks, you'll work alongside talented professionals, gain hands-on experience across key business areas, and develop a strategic project that directly impacts our business. This is your chance to learn fast, think big, and grow globally.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Summer Intern, you will:

  • Work on real business challenges across areas such as: Banking Products, Investments, Marketplace, Operations, Technology
  • Participate in a structured development journey, including onboarding, training, and mentorship checkpoints
  • Engage in executive talks and connect with leaders across the organization
  • Collaborate with peers in a dynamic, international environment
  • Develop and present a final business case project to leadership

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

We're looking for curious minds and driven individuals who are ready to challenge the status quo.

You should:

  • Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Sophomore year or above)
  • Be pursuing a degree in: Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields  
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Nice to have:

  • GPA of 3.2 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
  • Previous internship or project experience
  • Interest in financial services, tech, or innovation
