What You'll Do

Our Enterprise Solutions team helps clients meet two major strategic challenges: implementing enterprise-level applications such as ERP, and carrying out digital transformations to modern data and AI/analytics platforms. We focus on delivering speed-to-value and maximum benefit to our clients. We are looking for team members with either (i) implementation expertise in core systems and major vendor solutions across functional domains - specifically ERP, CRM, and HCM; or (ii) experience in aspects of digital transformation such as enterprise or data/AI architecture, legacy modernization, and next-generation application platforms. The ideal candidate is both passionate as a strategic consultant and technologist, and can bring theirexpertise to help develop customized, innovative client solutions.

You're Good At:

  • Managing large-scale ERP (or related) projects
  • Restructuring Business and Technology processes and organization - both within and outside of an ERP construct
  • Supporting Technology functions during mergers and acquisitions, including the functional and technical transformation of an organization's IT department
  • Evaluating and designing architectures across IT, enterprise software, and data/AI - including ERP
  • Developing road maps and current state assessments
  • Designing and implementing feasibility studies for Technology and ERP strategy
  • Defining global and local deployment strategy
  • Developing infrastructure approach and high-level design of technology solutions (cloud, on-prem, hybrid)
  • Considering data and integration related to ERP platforms
  • Optimizing depth of value added capabilities and features in an ERP
  • Restructuring core ERP processes (functional and/or technical)
  • Managing tech projects and quality assurance
  • Recommending right technology solutions / software and digital platforms (including ERP, CRM, HCM, bespoke, other packages solutions)
  • Defining a cutting-edge digital presence and applications suite
  • Developing a rational approach to bringing legacy systems into the modern era

What You'll Bring

  • Pursuing master's degree in businessor a STEM field, with MIS or similar preferred
  • Graduating between December 2027 and July 2028
  • 3-4 years of practical experience in technology or ERP/CRM/HCM/Enterprise Technology consulting with a focus on one or more of the following:
    • SAP, Salesforce, Oracle (Financials, NetSuite, Fusion, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, etc.),Workday, or similar systems
    • Legacy application and architecture modernization
    • Design of next-generation enterprise or data architectures
    • Experience in business process design and configuration
    • Previous experience in a management role in two or more end-to-end digital transformation or ERP implementations in a waterfall or agile setting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills / prior consulting experience preferred
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills

The first year base compensation for this role is between $110,000 - $120,000 USD.
