Required Skills
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in business, public administration, policy, communications, or related field
Experience conducting interviews with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, program managers, and subject matter experts
Experience developing business cases and recommendations to support decision-making
Experience supporting project planning and implementation activities
Experience translating complex technical or policy information into accessible written communications
Experience assisting with research, data gathering, and analysis
Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with senior officials
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
