We specialize in delivering bulk internet and managed Wi-Fi solutions purpose-built for apartment communities, high-rises, and mixed-use developments. Our fully owned network infrastructure, resident-first support model, and tailored technology stack enable us to offer a refreshingly different alternative to legacy providers-one rooted in simplicity, reliability, and satisfaction.

  • Define and enforce project governance, including stage gates, documentation standards, risk management, and escalation protocols.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio view of all active initiatives, aligned to executive priorities and resource capacity.
Cross-Functional Project Execution (BAU)
  • Drive execution of internal, interdepartmental projects across IT, Network Operations, Customer Experience, Sales, Finance, and HR.
  • Partner with department leaders to define project scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, ensuring accountability and forward momentum.
  • Standardize how "everyday" projects are defined, tracked, and delivered across the organization.Develop and manage integrated program plans and timelines

  • Ensure tight coordination between technical and operational teams during integration phases.
Manages vendor relationships as needed to support program objectives, coordinate deliverables, and resolve issues. Tools, Process & Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate and implement PM tools and systems to support visibility, collaboration, and reporting.
  • Continuously refine PMO processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and transparency.
  • Drive a culture of disciplined execution without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
Team Leadership
  • Work with our Operations team to help develop our internal project managers and construction project coordinators.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to ensure consistent execution quality across all projects.
Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of project/program management experience, including leadership of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven experience building or leading a PMO in a high-growth or transformation environment.
  • Direct experience managing M&A integrations (strongly preferred).
  • Experience in telecom, infrastructure, or similarly complex operational environments is a plus.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and bring structure to loosely defined problems.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies (i.e. Scrum, Agile), with a pragmatic approach to application.
  • Experience with PM tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar).
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience managing multiple related projects simultaneously and within budget
Compensation
  • $100,000-$140,000 base salary plus target annual bonus opportunity of 10%
