Position Summary

Launch your project management career as a Plumbing Project Engineer with clear pathways to advancement! You'll be the organizational backbone supporting our plumbing projects from pre-construction through celebration of completion. Project Coordination Excellence

  • Master project documentation by preparing, reviewing, and processing submittals, RFIs, construction bulletins, and change requests with precision
  • Prepare and review meeting documentation efforts, capturing critical details, distributing action items, and ensuring follow-through
  • Assist with strategic site walks to support coordination, track progress, & maintain quality standards

Schedule & Resource Management

  • Collaborate on schedule development and monitoring to keep projects on track and aligned with key milestones
  • Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring accountability and on-time deliveries
  • Maintain comprehensive procurement logs, tracking equipment lead times and material flows

Problem-Solving & Team Support

  • Partner with project teams to identify and resolve field issues before they impact progress
  • Support successful project closeout by gathering O&M manuals, as-builts, and final documentation
  • Champion a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all project activities

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field; OR equivalent hands-on field experience
  • 1โ€“3 years of construction or MEP experience preferred (strong internship/co-op experience valued)
  • Working knowledge of either MEP systems, construction documents, and/or project workflows
