Waynes, a leader in modern pest control and lawn care across the Southeast, is looking for motivated college students to join our team. This unique opportunity combines Lawn Care and Pest Control training to give you a well-rounded foundation in the environmental services industry.

What You’ll Gain:

· Hands-on Experience: Work side-by-side with industry professionals in both lawn care and pest prevention.

· Cross-Training: Learn the science behind turf management, plant health, and pest control solutions.

· Professional Development: Gain exposure to customer service, route management, and safety protocols.

What You’ll Do:

· Assist in providing safe and effective pest prevention services.

· Support lawn care treatments that improve turf health and appearance.

· Perform inspections and apply treatment plans under professional supervision.

· Interact with customers to answer questions and deliver top-notch service.

· Learn how to use state-of-the-art equipment and industry-approved products.

What We’re Looking For:

· Current college student in agriculture, biology, environmental science, business, or related fields.

· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

· Great communication and teamwork skills.

· Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work outdoors in varying conditions.
